i just copied the x64.a-z files to my mods folder inside gta directory. and it worked lol

@sjd6366 we have the same problem :(
does it affect the adding skin mode like the flash, spiderman, superman skin? cuz i added the terminator skin and it was successful but that was on the biker skin not franklin,michael or trevor..
