@wellalrightjacob turns out that all weapons that are not included in your mod are glitched which caused the left side problem, the only possible solution would be to expand this mod to cover all weapons :D

Some sounds can only be heard on the left side

I have literally waited for 3 years for someone to make a high definition aa12 for GTA 5, thank you..
