Every time I put this mod on my game, since the latest GTA update, the game doesn't open

I installed this mod with the help of all of the comments above here, and it still doesn't appears in my game, but before the game updates, it works perfectly

How can I open the sunroof? I keep pressing and holding the 'H' button, but it doesn't work
