GTA5-Mods.com'a hos geldiniz

Hey I have a question. Are they just for Sigleplayer or for Multyplayer an Singleplayer? I am asking that because in Multiplayer i made stream folder and added a resource file. I dragged the files into the stream folder but they are not in the Game. Can somebody help me?
