@Dee81cash the solution: go to In The Hood.ini then decrease the two factors named "amounts of gang members inside a battle" and "amounts of gang members outside a battle" to 5 - 10 and you're good

@kyphius thanks for the comment, the settings menu is implemented for the next update, and for the fps, i am adjusting parameters aswell optimizing the code
