GTA5-Mods.com'a hos geldiniz

ok how do i acces it? if i go where i downloaded the game, go in on uppdate i can just chose between a update.rpf which i canät open and a data, so i can go in update/x64/data/errorcodes. am i doin it wrong or? where should i put it?
