GTA5-Mods.com'a hos geldiniz

I keep getting an error message that says corrupt game data please reboot or reinstall the game happens every time i try to install mods. When I try to revert to my backup nothing different happens anyone know why?

How come whenever I try to use it in game my screen just goes black?
