10. Change ModelName1=turismo to ModelName1=q30
Change DisplayName1=Car 1 to DisplayName1=Infiniti Q30 2016
11. Save the changes and copy the edited "trainerv.ini" to: \Grand Theft Auto V

@XTheGreatJamesX Hey bro after some R&D i have found the solution for those who are getting error of trainrv.asi error on loading screen just go to the given link and download the file name trainrv.ini and replace it in ur main GTA folder

DOwnload the zip and extract the file name. trainerv and replace it. and load the game.
