GTA5-Mods.com'a hos geldiniz

nope, game just crashes & closes out. process just ends. I started with this as my first mod attempt. nothing else was done outside the instructions

I've tried to add this latest version to my Legacy install, it loads al the way through the menu & to allow Story mode but after it starts to load it crashes. I'm using the Steam version & have gone as far as deleting the mods folder, uninstalling, deleting the remaining files & the folder & reinstalling. If I remove the new additions to the dlclist it will load the default game, but as soon as I add them in, crash. Not sure what's happening.

How do I get this, or any vehicle for that matter, to spawn in traffic? Readme says "just add the car name to popgroups.ymt" but I can't find a way to do that. please help
