I haven't used the Mediator that much, I personally don't like those auto installers. This one seems to add a shortcut instead of dropping the required files. It's all confusing lol. And if you look at the files, the previously named sweet.fx is now sweetfx.cfg and sweetfx.undef. Also all effects of sweetfx are now actual files like smaa.h, lumasharpen.h... etc
@goobz Yeah I'm still using my old download (19.2 + sweetFX) but looking at SweeFX framework it seems the way the config is written is now different. I also wonder which files we can ditch, I try to keep my GTA 5 folder less crowded as possible.
Reshade is now Reshade framework including sweetfx but they changed the way the config file works. I don't understand how we're supposed to install it manually now. If you figure it out please let me know @goobz
@goobz Ah ok. Anyways I'm really enjoying this one.
I now noticed the difference of high quality msaa, it makes a little difference mid range for me. It's very subtle but still nice. I love what you did with the light sprites, how it doesn't appear close range.
@goobz BTW do you run 1440 via nvidia DSR or in game upscale?
@goobz (just noticed I messaged the wrong person earlier LOL) I'm glad to help. For the high quality msaa, I only tinkered with it from the ENB provided by VisualV and I think they might have increased (maybe?) the quality of that effect. Like you said you disabled bloom so I might give it a go.
@KlassenAS Very nice preset. I have been using VisualV for a while and it nicely improves it. I would like to mention you enabled 'HighQualityMSAA' in the ENB and that option is quite hefty performance wise and not a very noticeable difference (try comparing screenshots). I also noticed you enabled FXAA on the SweetFX preset. While I also like FXAA, I compared the in-game one and the SweetFX one and there is almost no difference except for the ugly UI if enabled with the preset.
