guys can someone help me with step 8 ( Follow the path inside "VisualSettings and ExplosionFX" to install my special effects) how do i install it?

ok sorry but i have two questions i downloaded the files and in the ( must read me ) it said that in step 1 must download reshade in step 3 must download ENB my question is when i download your files the reshade and enb is allready there . that is what make me confuse must i still download it in step 1 and 3? sorry bro for boddering
