@buckyforever Well, when I was running into issues I started over completely wiping all mods/scripts. Being that I have quite a lot of scripts installed I can't remember the steps for this specific one but after I started over to the original game files I then added the basics for what most mods need such as scripthookV, scripthookV dotnet, got rid of simple trainer in exchange for enhanced native trainer. If you see my comment above I named off the exact order of each mod/script that I added after starting fresh. If you were to install in that order (along with each mod or scripts installation requirements) you should have "Pull me over" in working order. I do know that after everything was installed I had to go into the enhanced native trainer to change "cops ignore me" to off so that they weren't "stuck" with their brakes on to give chase. I hope this helps if you're at a "screw it i'll start over" kind of mood.
Honestly, this is one of those mods that you shouldn't play GTAV sp without in my opinion, it's just Way more fun having a variety of gangs and gang related scenarios added into the element!
