you can make any addon car have all engine tuning, suspension, rims, etc by going into carvariations.meta of that car model and just do
<kits>
<Item>0_default_modkit</Item>
</kits>

you just wont have front bumpers, rear bumpers, sideskirts or wings since the addon car didnt have any made for it. You can also fix any addon car with tuning parts not working by reading my tutorial here:
