@NikoChico65 hmm, specter is from the "Import Export" DLC
its here: update\x64\dlcpacks\mpimportexport\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpimportexportvehicles.rpf\
but you have to simply drop it into the latest "patchday" folder.
