Keeps saying "freecrawler.oac(Line 16): File "freecrawler\VEHICLE_EXTRAS_MUSCLE_EXHAUST_POP_03.wav" not found."

I was able to add the Freecrawler file into openVI but I had to put it in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\x64\audio\sfx\STREAMED_VEHICLES_GRANULAR.rpf\" If I don't have the DLC, will the audio file not work??
