@sj storm There are million different E46 interiors made and available on the web. Not important to say "first for the GTA series", when it is not a complete mod. Just use E36 Compact interior from Forza, why not?
Idea is good and vehicle looks quite nice, otherwise.

Wow nice car. Personally, I don't use their models just because of having it no interior, but I could help you maybe with the interior if you would like to.
