In the version 1.3 the car hasn't changed, I had to correct a mistake in the "update" name folder, the installation will now work correctly. Thanks to joshoyenbeats for the remark
@le_AK Every time I try to install this mod one way or another my game crashes before start and it only crashes with your mod. PLEASE HELP

Hey Johnny, I saw your post here https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/23732/my-game-will-not-load-any-addon-vehicles, which I had the same problem, and I went through all the post and didn't find nothing. But just as the last time I checked my dlclist before the rebuild of the whole game, I found the problem; the line at the bottom which supposed to say "</SMandatoryPacksData> " was messed up somehow someway with few letters missing, and after I corrected it, everything is back to normal.
I know it's been years after you posted, I just thought it might help somebody.
