1. navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
drag and drop this folder [rakchr] into the path
2. export "dlclist.xml" from "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop with OpenIV
open the file with any text editor, add the following line to the end:
dlcpacks:\rakchr\
3. Import "dlclist.xml" again to the path mentioned above using OpenIV
4. Done, use any trainer to spawn the car
car spawn name : rakchr

\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
then replace it .
The model is locked

@darioh1 Hello did you ever update that speed issue. It's really one of the best models thus far and for it to be so fast in seconds is a bust.
