Hello everyone! I am making this simple meta.file edits for myself, but maybe for someone will be useful to.
First install car
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/toyota-soarer-majesticdoggo
and then just drop Handling file into your car folder where u have vehicles , carvariatons, and others things.
