Center of Gravity is fals...is to much rear, front of the car doesnt have enough weight, the breakpower doesnt work, you can set breakforce 2.00000 and is same effect like 0.350000
@alex20121981 Not true. Brakeforce works fine for me, I can notice the difference. Centre of gravity can be moved front & rear to reduce or increase rear tyre grip so you increase skidding, together with TractionBiasfront.

Working flawlessly now!
yeah just delete the old gtav.exe and update folder and import the new ones -- BUT MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE OLD x64 FOLDER IN THE UPDATE FOLDER, since the download doesn't include that. (so you're really just replacing gtav.exe and update\update.rpf)
then make sure to get the GTAVLauncher bypass mod too
