add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY to the <flags> line in vehicles.meta inside the dlc.rpf
then add all liveries or just one
if you only import one, make sure it's called gtorino_sign_1
if you add more always make sure the numbers ascend (so 1, 2, 3, etc)
So, to follow up... I put a dlc.rpf file from one of the other existing dlcpack directories into gtorino76, and GTA5 started up fine. This further leads me to believe that the modded dlc for the Torino is the culprit. Maybe it has something to do with the last GTA5 update, since people who installed the car prior to that time don't seem to be having any problems.
@Vincegta5 and @BillyChic ***SOLVED*** Take a look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0ovURiaTtE. It would appear that we have too many mods loading, and when I downloaded the Heap Adjuster and the Game Config that's recommended in the video (the 3rd file isn't needed anymore) it works perfectly. Enjoy your new ride.

After several tries. (My Fault) Got it to work. Starsky And Hutch was one of my favorite 70's show when I was a kid back then. The young folks might know about that LOL. Thanks for making this mod.
Hello. Great mod for the car except I have 2 concerns. From 1 I can't change the liverys without going through OPEN IV and changing gtorino76_sign_1. So I have the "Starsky & Hutch" skin but not the others because the "liverys" in the mods menu do not have a number for each skin But the other problem is, how to put the beacon on the car with the mermaid?
@GreenAid wished you could make light on top like the video with the siren too that would be wicked, I used to watch that tv show as a kid and loved it.
@Snake150594 There is no beacon. For multiple liveries you need to add the correct flag to vehicles.meta, FLAG_HAS_LIVERY
