This mod serves to give you a Hollywood action movie style driving experience that is similar to the style of GTAIV. This mod also greatly improves the body damage to the vehicles which will allow you to engage in satisfying crashes while not completely destroying your ride in a fender-bender.
To install: Back up your update.rpf file before doing anything else.
Using OpenIV, navigate to the Update folder and open your update.rpf file. From there, navigate to common, data. Enable Edit mode and click the Add New File button. Browse to the handling.meta file in the Hollywood Handling and Damage Mod folder contained in the .zip file. Highlight it and click Open. Enjoy.
