Go at: \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ and
replace police2_hi.yft, police2.yft & police2+hi.ytd, police2.ytd.
For ELS version:
Do the same things that for non-els version but go at: "\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default" (GTA5 Directory)
and drag "POLICE2.xml".

So glad to have found this as many others i have tried in the past have had a problem in one way shape or another:
- Hands are on the wheel and working dials when in first person - So hard to find
- Handling seems good from the testing I have done without having to change vehicles.meta
- Windows actually break (could not get bullet holes in windscreen but it would fully break after a few shots)
Really nice vehicle and can't wait to drive it properly.
If you ever made other replacement police / sheriff vehicles to the same vanilla styles and high quality standards I would love you forever...

Yes I am in the process of creating other models of police vehicles.
Normally some will arrive within a week if all goes well.
With the tests that I have carried out, the handling is normally quite good but there may be a few small problems but nothing very awkward.
