Realistic maximum speed for GTA 5. The modification increases the maximum speed of the car to a real performance.

5. Find the file "handling.meta" and replace it with a file modification from the downloaded archive
6. The modification will be installed and the program OpenIV can be closed.

i tried but it seems to be scripted or something...speed doesen't change by modifying handling.meta
I don't understand why you told us the speeds in KPH when GTA 5 measures in MPH on the speedometers in the cars.

Esse mod possui uma linha de programação onde você escolhe quais medidas você quer 1 para sim/ 0 para não, e ele tem varias medidas pois isso ajuda a comparar as medidas.
