You will need Menyoo´s Single player Trainer Mod: https://es.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
These are just regular rusty looking paintjobs for rusty cars, so it gives the impression they are rusted out overall. This is not technically a mod but a custom made paintjob.
The paintjob itself is matte, so it doesn´t reflect anything and looks more realistic when it comes to a rusty effect.
Also, some of the vehicles got their engine sound changed to others that sound more pleasing to the ear.
You can use them as decoration, screenshots, movies or just for driving around in style.
It´s my first file uploaded. You don´t need to credit me if you don´t feel like it. I give the rights to any player to do what they want with them.
Installation:
Copy and paste the files in "Grand Theft Auto V > menyoostuff > vehicle" folder.
Ingame, press F8 to activate Menyoo´s trainer and then go to Vehicle Options > Vehicle Spawner > Saved Vehicles and spawn them from there.
Version 2.0 changes
- Added rusty Cuban 800
- Added rusty Mogul
- Added rusty Chopper
- Added rusty Dumptruck
- Added a Slamvan version without chrome bumpers

@Dxnzer047 Used Menyoo Customs. Then I painted the car a random matte colour (for example, blue). Then I mixed colours in the Paints menu > primary/secondary paint > SET RGB and tried to come as close as possible to the colour of rust.
Dude, is there a way to add these to addon cars? I would love to make some "barn find" editions of cars.

@Dxnzer047 Thank you! I thought it would be an original idea to imitate real ingame rusted cars. Yeah, the intention was to imitate barn find cars. Don't know about the addon cars tho. Thank you!
By the way, if you want a lighter rust colour, go to Menyoo customs > paints and select "set RGB" in primary/secondary colours.
Add more red for a more orange-ish rust.
Add more green for a more brown-ish rust.

@Dxnzer047 Don't worry. It's simpler than that.
@Dxnzer047 @technodrifter Technically you don't need to use them as add-ons. If you spawn one, you can then select it in Spooner and do two things.
First: set as favorite. This will just make it easier to find later on.
Second: set the "Entity is in Database" box. This will make sure the vehicle stays active even if you leave the area.
Also, unrelated - a flying rustbucket is a brilliant idea for Sandy Shores, or for a submerged plane wreck.
Do you also plan on rusting out the chrome on the Slamvan?

@VolvoNise321 Using Menyoo native trainer. Paint them matte and then try to match the brownish colour of the already rusted cars.

gta needs proper vehicle designs. in gta iv the rusty cars felt different to normal, as they were damaged (duct tape on the vigero, lol i loved that cheap homemade repair work) and they backfired too. in v they seem to be reskins of the normal versions. didn't feel very expansive and alive.
