Installation:
-Make sure that you have the Map Editor by Guadmaz installed from here:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
-Extract the downloaded file and move CarsDump2.xml to your GTA 5 directory.
-Go into the map editor and search for CarsDump2 and the map should load.
-Enjoy
