Hello brothers, new mod comes, all new modern house, i always want a modern house in that location, i choose this particular location because u can see most of the scenes from behind the house, it give a plesure of real life things, try it out If u read it then plz give like and and ratings to my mods i appreciate all of u,

@ 2 balcony area at 1st floor (there u can enjoy the beauty of sunrise and sunset)

@ 1 helipad

@ In front there is relax area and more

@ go to my download mod modern house folder/ select both file and copy it.
@ open (open iv) go to gtav directory/ mods/ update/ x64/ dlc packs/ custom maps/ dlc.rpf/ x64/ levels/ gtav/ citye/ maps/ custom maps.rpf/ paste here both file ( modern house & modern) & Done
Run gtav and enjoy

i freez many doors due to some reasons, except it i found no bug if u found let me know
>>Never modify and upload my mod on any other site however u can make video for youtube but give credit and link of my mod in the description

yea I'd love to try it out, title states ymap but download contains xml files...
@speedygrewal They are ymap xml file I think u see it in hurry check it again

.ymap xml files are open formats, when u drop them in custom_maps openiv will convert them to a .ymap.

@Aryan Ali With converted xml to ymap file it always shows this problem I m looking forward to this problem/ I think these were collision dut to which it is occur
Been looking for this house everywhere! It works perfectly fine to me!
For anyone having issues, do not rename the files, and try downloading Map Builder 2.2.3 and a pro version of map builder and then try to install it.. One says "mapbuilder" and the other "mb_addons". That fixed it for me.
