The Luxury Townhouse in Paleto was custom built over a period of weeks working all the hours available in order to achieve something you will find quite lovely.
This mansion Townhouse located just near Paleto Police Station has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open plan kitchen livingroom, verandas, lift access, games room, multicar garage and workshop, high ceiling gallery room, and landscaped gardens.
This is not entirely complete and subsequently there will be updates every month with new furnishings, additional props, building alterations and extensions...along side my other map projects forthcoming...
REQUIREMENTS:
MAP BUILDER 2 or higher
MAP EDITOR
CUSTOM MAPS ME2YM
SCRIPHOOK BLAH BLAH....
INSTALLATION: For best results install through the MODS folder using OPENIV
Also turn your grass settings to 'Normal' or the weeds will grow through the floors.
If not install the included XML file using Map Editor but this file is purely the UNFURNISHED version of the map and also not entirely complete.

@lasper I ould have thought the title made it pretty obvious and that area isnt exactly big to explore but seeing as you asked. Next to the police station in paleto bay. If you still can't find it...go to specsavers!!!
Which version of map editor are you using?

@Goat Tivities the latest version of eabsolutely everything not just map editor ;)
so annoying the way we are not allowed to edit our comments on this site. I think admins shouold reconsider this option for more flexibility TBF on a side note :/
I meant map builder, but when I loaded the map only half the house loaded and took about 30m to load. I’m using map builder 4.0 btw @akatek
map builder 4 is infact map builder 2.24.. confusing I know
@woshizhongguoren you need to purchase map buildeer 2.24 from OmegaKing Studios patreon page.
if objects are not loading then reinstall map builder. Map buolder for patrons 2.24 comes with Community, Standard & Classic Prop .OIV install files. You need all of this and the Updated Object List for ME 8 and 10k Objects. Although it was built using map builder 2 best off getting the latest version :)
If that fails then you need to get support from Omega at their Discord group.

@prabhatec Hi, sorry I no longer have a system compatible with GTA5 now using an iMac but I can tell you the house, once fully loaded, is located right next to the police station in Paleto Bay just on the curve in the road. That bit of land is normally just an empty bit of grassland.
