Tk Development has Decided to Release a Free MLO for Christmas! It is a small, well-detailed, hidden torture chamber for whatever brings you to it. Just make sure the cops don't stumble across it, it wouldn't be perfect for business...
FiveM installation:
Drag and drop the contents of the .zip into your resources folder. Next copy the name of the file and in your server.cfg type start tk-torture-room.
SP Installation
Drag the tk-torture-room file into your mods/x64/dlcpacks. Next, navigate to your mods/update/update,rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml, right click and press edit while in edit mode. Finally add the line:
dlcpacks:/tk-torture-room/
and after that, just launch storymode and enjoy!

@SkinneyG223, I have not been able to get this to load in SP. I thought there might be a conflict with 'SPMappatches', but when I removed the collision files blocking yours, it still didn't show up.
@SkinneyG223, the same with me as well... i have a few MLO properties thru DLC packs, but this one doesn't load for me at all. I use Open All Interiors, would this interfere with it?
@O-MATIX @iammistahwolf There might be an issue on my end, I'll start debugging and push out a fix soon
From a distance the door disappears and we see a kind of luminous hole which is not very discreet, and at night when we are facing the door it seems much brighter than the rest which makes it very easy to spot
