This mod makes indicators, head-taillights and LEDs better emissive. In some cars, indicators was not visible, now works fine.
Navigate in OpenIV 2.6 to update/update.rpf/common/data and Replace the visualsettings.dat in archive with modified.
Remember to make backup original files. I don't know if this works online.
Update 1.1
Reduced Taillights (-10%)
Brighter Dashboard, Doorlights, Neons, EMSLights, Platelight
Update 1.2
Reduced Headlights - was to bright (same as taxi ad light)
Increased emissive for neons - now are visible better
Have Fun.
Feel free to edit the file, just make sure to credit me. However, don't re-upload if you have not changed anything.

@Foxoverload yes, everything you mod even a single string in the game get's you probably banned
Better if you don't rebuild for data changes, it can crash the game. I found the lines for the taxi :
car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 6.50
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 3.50
I put those values and it's fine now :-)
Thanks Ob1.one for report. I found yesterday some tips in gtaforums, but these lines are used in police cars too :/

Why are you guys doing over 9000 similar mods and not looking around? If there is already exists similar mod, so you can try to combine these in one or make adaptation to similar mods instead of making people to sit about 1 hour and compare/edit f**cking visualsettings.dat file's for every mod.

@Baaa competition is good. if only one company made pizza and it tasted like dookie, would you not want another pizza company to start making pizza? Then if the second place makes better Pizza and no one goes to the first, it will cause the first to improve it's dookiepizza into something more people will want. Everyone wins--except you, the guy who wants dookiepizza.

Hey Miki, do you know if it's possible to take the glow or aura around the taillights away completely? I find it incredibly distracting and unrealistic. I have never seen glow coming from a vehicles taillights before...

Hi, I don't know is it working or not, what are the controls? (for indicators) because I'm not good at spotting differences like this just from lights.
@yoron1020 use menyoo or vehicle control mod or the mt mod (manual transmisson)
