Check this string (car.taxi.intensity 2.50) and change to 2.0 or 1.5

@Moniushko - Sorry, but for add reverse lights I need to build in 3D program (like Zanoza Modeler), but that's not my special ability :P
@lexo1000 - First try to mod GTAV - in other mods like better damage mod there was two files for common and update (just like my mod) ;) Next time I check only update (Better neon and dashboard in WIP)

@wasteddog - I found this effect, but I need more time, to fix this. (Easy option, just replace some valuses from gloss colours.)
