As my second Siren Pack I have decided to do a little bit of a troll pack so for anyone who wants it here it is.
THIS IS JUST A RESIDENT.rpf
Installation:
-use openIV
-navigate to x64>audio>sfx
-find the RESIDENT.rpf file in that directory
-right click on the RESIDENT.rpf, then scroll down and click replace
-then open GTA V or FiveM and enjoy
I SUGGEST TO MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR RESIDENT.rpf, incase you want to revert back or for some reason it doesnt work.

@LouDawg Are the weapon sounds custom as well, or just the siren?
