@Jack_Gta22 The spawn of the scenarios is handled by the game (sometimes they will spawn, sometimes they will not).
As for the loading screens, I don't plan on working on it

@SamArkRoy it's compatible with GTA 5 Enhanced, but not with NVE

@Senf-Man The order in the dlclist doesn't matter (the game loads the DLC packs based on the "orderValue" in the setup2.xml) and nothing else needs to be done

As for the decal, I couldn't fix it

@Crazyboy4881 If you're referring to the on screen effect when getting shot, it's already included
@ImPedor I did try but removing the casted texture breaks the headlights

@SnakeVenom33939 I think I found the problem (it's probably related to an error I made in the assembly.xml)

@SnakeVenom33939 Can you try by reinstalling on a clean update.rpf the OIV packages and without using other mods?
I did the same and everything has loaded correclty with no random LODs
Also, is this issue happening on the Legacy or Enhanced version?
