This texture pack renovates low-end apartments. Expect to see Spalding Basketballs, real-life CDs, newspapers, tabloids, magazines and books, new vinyl records, shoeboxes, various new wall hangings, new wood finishings for table tops and other surfaces, new rugs, carpeting, curtains, posters, sofas and arm chairs, pillows, beddings, new kitchen floors, Pizza Hut takeout menu on the fridge, other stuff I cannot remember now.
NOTE: While taking screenshots for this mod, I realized that there is still much to do, in particular the painting of the walls in the Kitchen, Frank's room. stairway, and a couple wooden desks, and the ceiling, so don't be surprised to see another update to this soon.
Installation:
Launch OpenIV, and click "edit mode". Follow the path of the enclosed files, and drag and drop to their respective locations.
Make sure to stay up to date with my updates and texture packs - I usually update something or release new sets of textures either every day or every other day.

The mid-end apartments will surprise you all. Last night, I made great strides on the appearance of the inside. Later today, when I wake up, I will try to finish it, and have a fantastic surprise waiting for you.

Ya know, I just realized that if I had known how to do what I have been doing over the last couple months - when the game was released - the entire GTAV world-space would all be done by now LOL. Sorry guys. :3

@Raul Passos No. Make sure you read the full description. I am very good about keeping you guys to to date, as far as what I am working next on. Michael's house may come down the road, but I have a great many things on my list before his house.

is this something that works online
@eshenk. I had a question, maybe you would know. Is there any way to change the window textures in the houses, storefronts, buildings etc. The streets have great textures so do most of the buildings, but the window textures are so baked in, and crappy looking. Do you know of any way to retexture them? Awesome mods as usual by the way.
@roguegiant It is very strange to me this question you ask of me, because the windows - especially the emmisive one's - are absolutely gorgeous. We must be seeing something different. Speaking of windows BTW, one plan I have for high-end apartments, is to remove the windows that block access to the balconies.
@eshenk Not the windows you can look out of, or see into but the store windows that are just kinda painted on.

where is the location for this i added it to my gta 5 just like instructed but where on the map is this apartment
@BESTGIRLSHOOTER 2X you need a trainer like menyoo then go to teleport then go scroll down until u see aparments and go to low end aparments
