Franklin's aunty's pad just got swanked the f*ck out. Yeah, she's in da hood, but the entire interior of her house, just got featured in Better Homes and Gardens, it's so swanky. New coats of paint, new hardwood floors, new wood finishing for her furniture, new tile on the fireplace, new linoleum floors, countertops, walls, refrigerator for the kitchen, new wallpaper, new area rugs, new carpeting for Frank's room, new framed wall hangings, pizzahut carryout menu on the fridge, other things I cannot remember.
Installation:
Launch OpenIV, and click "edit mode". Follow the path of the enclosed files, and drag and drop to their respective locations.
Make sure to stay up to date with my updates and texture packs - I usually update something or release new sets of textures either every day or every other day.

Ok folks, the next texture pack is going to take a lot of preparation and work for me to complete, so it will be a bit silent for awhile. Making the Internet real, also means all pictures of real-life vehicles, among other things. Hang tight!

I second @420x420 with the Real Internet idea. I think replacing all vehicles in the Auto Stores would be a great idea + Changing the names. ( ͡ō ͜ʖ ͡ō)
@Nosluker It depends on the quantity of textures involved, and how difficult to tell where exactly said textures will go - many times more than not, it is very difficult to look at a texture and know exactly where it will go in-game. This mod took me about eight hours to do, part of that time includes troubleshooting, when sh*t don't look right. On the other hand, I just banged out a small texture pack for parasols, which took me about an hour.
@eshenk maybe you can publish website for website instead of all of them 2getter? Anyways I totally understand, it is alot of work!
