@Platin yes, u can make it totally flat, with weather.xml too, there is maybe easier way to do it globally for all weathers at once, not sure

@Platin it might look too bad totally smooth, try it on one weather type. You can probably leave some ripples, there is also shore and ocean, two separate settings i believe.

This mod need a lot of improvement, it looks like a GTA IV water system (wchich wasn't so good).

Looks good, but, IMO, water ripples should be way bigger.
Quality improvement is not always about relative size reduction.
