every time i replace the redownload stuff and the mods are gone

How do you run in offline mode? Seems to redownload for me too using the non steam rockstar version.

@dutchhax @KillzXGaming I was having the same problem and I did 2 different things at once so I don't know which one made the difference but try this.. 1. Don't rebuild after installing the mod(I'm almost certain this is what fixed my issue) & 2. I downloaded the modded launcher by BroXe.. https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/modded-launcher-for-any-mods-including-rpf-mods

I actually got it working using a mod launcher now.
