Addon:
D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\NC1\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\nc1vehicles.rpf\
Open nc1.ytd Drag and drop Livery, Save, open nc1.yft to preveiw

Livery is renamable to whatever number you want it to be

Replace: Drag and drop nc1.ytd to
D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\NC1\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\nc1vehicles.rpf\

Please DO NOT upload my mods anywhere else.
