@Skysder Thanks, but don't spend too much time on it. It doesn't look like anyone else is having the issue. Probably a mod conflict on my side.

@Skysder, It might just be me, but after I ran the installer for the oiv file, my game will no longer load. Again, it might just be me, but I'm not clear about which files to revert to uninstall the update.

@K_Seong_Hun, Not sure if it's just me, but the game crashes every time I try to enter the vehicle. If I spawn it when I'm already in a vehicle, it kicks me out of all vehicles.

@RylanY I agree, RockStar has already demonstrated that vehicles can be personalized via the license plate generator. Based on the sessions I'm in online, being able to chose localization of military vehicles would be a big hit.

@bushiido444 Thanks for letting me know, I saw (and downloaded) the Citation there. I've only had the chance to fly it once, at least in my case, there were traffic cones off each wingtip, I suspect a conflict with another mod.
