Background:
The menace from the streets of Liberty City is here in Los Santos! The hustler gang was known for its ruthless methods of drug trafficking and street crime, as well as increasing the mortality rate. They are now back in motion in the sunny side of Los Santos. They are taking the streets by force and infiltrating many known locations throughout LS. Will the police stop them in their rampage or will their already corrupted reputation lead to an alliance with these street hustlers?
Description:
This gang addon includes 6 new models with all GTA 4 clothes variations/textures for the North Holland Hustlers! I am excited to share this long-awaited mod, as it's been fully updated to include correct body UV mapping for blood effects!
I've also fixed model vertices issues, added two new hustlers, and some custom edits for textures of my own! They also will spawn more frequent and natural in the Davis area along with parts of Strawberry! They are very tough to deal with now, so be sure to bring some fire power, ammunition, and even some brain power. If you intend on infiltrating their territory!
It has 6 new full voice lines stripped from GTA 4!! This includes high-definition voices and proper y-clip editing for facial animations. (Fully rigged)
They have scenario points available for night and day spawning in the general population. You will also see them riding around with civilians during the daily grind, drug dealing in alleys, and even manning the street corners upholding their beliefs of being the toughest organized street criminals in Los Santos! Even decorated FIB agent Steve Haines wouldn't step foot in their territory.... if he was still alive of course!

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE (PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION):
This mod edits meta files such as pedpersonality, popgroups, loadouts, ambientpedmodelsets, relationship.dat, and the big file peds.ymt
Please have common knowledge of editing meta files and installing them before downloading this mod. Otherwise, you will experience crashes if you aren't careful.
Other mod concerns:
Check if your mods conflict with mine and edit where you need to as I made it easy to follow in the manual install and discord is always available if you have questions!
Known Issues:
Sometimes the hustler 2 model doesn't spawn color matching which can look a bit odd at times, but it did do this in GTA IV so it's not that big a deal and doesn't hurt gameplay.
Crashes can occur if you don't have a high-end pc or a good gameconfig. Make sure you have one that's up to date.

Packfile limit adjuster is used for addonpeds, if your experiencing crashes then please install this and heapadjuster:

@AlexWilson Thank you so much! I tried to keep them as original as I could and still add some custom updates to them! They were definitely one of my favorite gangs in GTA IV, alongside the Italian mafia! I can't wait to share those guys with you all as they are turning out pretty good so far! I just gotta do the props and some UV fixes first.
@WolfFire23309 niceee that's great bro, although I would recommend you, you should definetely try and retexture the faces into making them look even more as their GTA IV renditions, plus remodelling the heads too, i'll look forward to seeing them, love what you're doing with these guys!
hey i installed the mod and the packfile and heapajuster it sttil keeps crashing wat do i do?
If you do the OIV installation does anyone know which peds it replaces?? It's the only thing missing from the file and description.
@The-Canon It doesn't replace any peds XD, I don't know where people are getting this from. It's an addon, the only thing that could be considered a replace are the voice files lol, which are located in x64 folder. Hence why there is no statements of it being a replace in the description.
@volex on gta Does it crash on startup or in-game? That issue could be the following: another mod you have installed already, the amount of peds that spawn in the area (changeable in a good gameconfig), or something wasn't installed correctly.

@volex on gta I don't know what gameconfig your using, but it sounds to me like a gameconfig issue. I would go back if I were you and reinstall everything again and read the install help text files thoroughly as I made it very easy to follow. Get the latest gameconfig from this site. I use the limitless vehicles one. Then test this mod; this mod is not like others and the way its installed is very important, as any missed step can easily lead to a crash. I checked the files on my end and they all work. This means there is something on your end not working, and its most likely a gameconfig issue or an install issue. It also depends on what other mods you have installed. Like world of variety, as it changes a lot of the same files. Just check everything and note your mods you use.

im having this problem too when loading the game and it crashes when it starts loading because i installed the mod. i tried methods with gameconfigs and i even have packfile and heap adjuster. i did read one of your comments where you said you would make a tutorial on how to do it so it works correctly. it would be helpful even with a fresh mods folder it dont work.
The issue with installing this mod has been resolved and anyone who needs help installing this watch the video posted in our discord.
