@JohnFromGWN Ah, yeah, I never looked at it that way. I just thought where they weren't in the game to begin with, and they are not replacing any other gang peds. Then that would make it an addon. However, I could be wrong, but it sounds more reasonable to me that it would be an addon though.
This is insanely cool! I have been testing and trying to get this stuff to happen, but I never had much luck. Amazing job on this btw bro! Now if we could only war cry to enemies while armed, yell tasks like cover me to battle buddies, and even yell fight insults during unarmed combat then that would be a whole other mod in itself! This is just another step closer to it!
