epic color V2 with glowing wheels
how to use: look at the jpg's
...and choose wheels that could be painted for the best effect ;).
keys: 6, 7, 8, 9, X
installation:
put the dll and ini files in the gta5 script folder.
you can change the keys in the ini file.
you will need scripthook, ask google ;)
update 2.2:
- neon and wheel disco, press "X" for action
update 2.1:
- by pressing 6 the material for primary color is no longer random, it folows this sequence:
gloss paint (random), matte paint (random), metal ( random ), chrome.
on every material it adds a random pearl color.
( the secondary color still gets random material, for a better contrast )
- optimized some wheel-light-sizes for big vehicles

@Think_Tank sorry dude, my time is very rar. and that small time is left for free time i like to make my own mods, its like playing lego for me. ^^ maybe yo can make a request in http://gtaforums.com/ ;)
@t-mind if I actually had the game (browsing for mods in the mean time, 400 dollar laptops cant play games) I'd try to do it myself. Also, I reused to make an account on gta forums but never got the conformation email, neither did H2Awesome.
@t-mind No. My point was that I can't actually see the "wheel lights" because there's too many lights in the pictures.
@krashadam, in the first video @ 38 sec you can see it much better. it's important to use wheels wich can be painted to get the best result. @Think_Tank i had the same problem with gtaforums. i used different browser with no add-blocking app. but i can't tell wich browser made it. it was last year ;).
@t-mind I asked What's-his-name who made Map Editor to add it himself. I doubt he'll do it, but maybe you just need to apply the radio native (though the last time a mod did that, Yacht Deluxe, the radio didn't sound like it was coming from the radio, but from all around, but i don't know if they fixed that yet.)
@Think_Tank, i think its the best time for you to start programming. I started with c# last year by writing mods for GTA5. I downloaded visual studio and take the example scripts from scripthookdotnet and started with small mods for my own. :)
@t-mind I'd love to, but I don't have the game, and couldn't test my mods because my computer is too weak.

@t-mind hi . night in los santos have changed i like. im using https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/toggle-neon-lights for toogle neon'cars only but restar when im exit enter again in car.. can you help ?

Wheels lights doesnt work in rockstar editor.. shame because its aweosme
Although the mod is working great but I'm getting an error on the screen that says unhandled exception in script "UltraSmoothColorChanger" IndexOutOfRangeException at UltraSmoothColorChanger.onKeyDown(object sender, KeyEventArgs e). My game works fine but this error kind of distracts. Please fix it or tell a method to fix in the comments.
@t-mind Hey man nice mod. Even though it works fine, I get an exception with the ScriptHookVNet
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
at UltraSmothColorChanger.onKeyDown(Object sender, KeyEventArgs e)
