@Jensen0812 Removed the download because I'm unwilling to update this due to lack of motivation, interest, and GTA not wanting to cooperate with any sort of traffic modding.

Y'know, VisualV was my favorite for a while but I think I'm starting to have a new favorite. Absolutely gorgeous, sort of an eye candy. My main issues with it is how bright it can be at times on buildings, sand, and white objects on Extra Sunny as well as rain puddles not drying up (idk if it's an issue with the mod or just my game being buggy). Other than that, McLovin it!

@JAM102970 I honestly don't remember since this was made years ago. But I think it was due to limitations with the Menyoo and saving the xml files as it was saving via radius?
