@MIKAYRP yes, you copy to mods folder but , before you do so delete your update.rpf from your update folder and then verify the integrity so it updates normally
@MIKAYRP no, I mean you have to uninstall all mods including ASI LOADER, OPENCAMERAV and the third option that pops up.
Once those are removed uninstall the update RPF and update it through steam or epic.

Step 1 - Remove all mods from your game and leave it as a clean copy of GTA V
Step 2 - Go into your Update Folder and Remove Update.rpf file from Folder
Step 3 - verify game files in Steam>GTAV>Properties>LocalFiles>Vefity Integrity
The gameconfig is not the issue, The issue is that once you update your GTAV to the updated version the Update.rpf2 folder gets corrupted as it reads 2 update folders in your game directory
I repeat the steps
Step 1 - Clear all mods off of GTAV
Step 2 - Remove update.rpf from update folder
Step 3 - Verify Integrity of game.
Once done install ScripthookV first, Then create a new mods folder and install gameconfig
IMPORTANT!!!!!!! - MAKE SURE TO CREATE NEW MODS FOLDER VIA OPENIV
UNINSTALL ASI LOADER OPENCAMERA AND THE 3RD OPTION FOR YOUR MODS FOLDER TO UPDATE
I Have fixed my game by doing this. All my cars and scripts work.
