why arent they following you should make the soldiers companions or something because they just stand around and shoot enemies but i would like if vehicles followed me like a convoy

when i use "the gang" mod by dealien with this mod it crashes when i remove "The Gang" mod it doesnt crash and i really like both mods so i dont wanna remove one of them (im using dtar version btw) please help
