So I'm not understanding what's wrong when I try to install the mod is it not compatible with nibmods or what cause I tried installing it 3 times and it kept crashing.

Can this menyoo work with julioNIB?if so,how can i install to where it can work and the reason i asked this is cause addonpeds 3.0 is not working for me even when i installed everything right.not even the flash mod itself isnt working with it.
