I need help, I have no idea how this mod works. I did everything then I entered the game and pressed Q + Down on keyboard. The property Manager UI appeared but there's no houses or anything. Just delete all spawns cars and smoke anywhere, etc...
Do I need to install houses or something? If yes, how do I install the houses and where are the links? Any proper tutorials? I watched the tutorials on YouTube but still lost.
