I don't think this is working. When loading into story mode the game just crashes. It used to work in 2020 I played with it for the last time. Shame

Totally love this! I have also asked @Larcius if he could do an update for Gta V Remastered that many of us love using. Would be awesome to have both of the mods on. Meanwhile I will stick with this house as it's something I really enjoy. Dark design and not too "billionaire" mansion which I don't find enjoyable. Night times and rainy days inside the house are really a vibe to thrive for.
Awesome! I really love it when the world feels more cluttered with vegetation and trees. Unfortunately I have fallen in love with this mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/mlo-modern-wood-house-add-on-sp and the area at d_4 junction collides with way too many trees. Is there a way I can do something about it or are you able to make an update that removes trees from this area? I will contact you in DMs as well. Great work!
