@jr59 can you please tell me which files to replace or add in the rpf folders for this effect? i dont want to download the whole dlc file

@jr59 one thing i want to ask you is that i have a heavily modded game, so i can't use dlc update. but i really want to use the emissive texture or the file. what are the files i should add from the update and where so as to get the glowing thing work???
