some vehicles keep disappearing a few seconds after spawning

i dno if its me or the mod but my files arent getting replaced

if im using mod manager do i have to import the downloaded dlc.rpf?

my game wont start now after downloading the update

the new scripthook keep getting deleted for me

my pistol doesnt shoot sometimes with a controller

mine use to work but now it wont. i tried re installing but it doesnt do anything

when i move the handling file into data i get a blue application error window with a side ways sad face :(

do i have to edit the xml file in openiv?
